• Privacy Settings: The Xbox account has “See content other people make” disabled, which blocks community-created Roblox experiences.
• Age Restrictions: The Roblox account associated with the console is registered with a birthdate that makes the user under 13 years old.
• Teen Account Limitations: Some Xbox “Teen” accounts have default restrictions that prevent the execution of third-party user-generated content.
• NAT Type Issues: Strict Network Address Translation (NAT) can occasionally interfere with the platform’s ability to verify account permissions.

🔧 Fixes

• Enable Community Content: On your Xbox, navigate to Settings > Account > Privacy & Online Safety > Xbox Live Privacy. Select “View details & customize,” then “Game content.” Ensure that “You can see and upload community creations” is set to “Everybody.”
• Update Privacy via Parent Account: If the user is on a child account, a parent must sign in to the Microsoft Family settings and explicitly allow “See content other people make” and “Join multiplayer games.”
